LAWTON, Okla. — The iconic Goodyear Blimp made a rare and exciting visit to Lawton, Oklahoma, recently as part of its centennial celebration.

The airship landed at the Goodyear manufacturing plant in Lawton, one of the largest private employers in southwest Oklahoma. This visit was a special moment for both Goodyear employees and the local community, who were thrilled to take Goodyear Blimp rides and experience the airship up close.
“Having the Goodyear Blimp here in Oklahoma is a proud moment for our plant and the entire region,”a Goodyear spokesperson said. “Our employees loved the chance to soar above Lawton on such a historic aircraft.”
