Attorney General Gentner Drummond announced after a request for proposals that the Oklahoma City Law Firm of Foshee and Yaffe will represent Oklahoma in possible legal action related to potential market manipulation from the 2021 winter storm.
The request for the proposal was issued the day after the Attorney General announced possible lawsuits being filed over firms accused of manipulating the price of natural gas. Drummond has suggested billions of dollars may have been taken from consumers through fraudulent higher prices.
