Not guilty. That was the plea of former Bixby high school principal Mickey Replogle for allegedly being intoxicated at a school dance over the weekend. Replogle was fired from his job in response to his behavior. Students and adults at the dance reported smelling alcohol on his breath and that he was touching students inappropriately.
