Execution Date Set for Death Row Inmate

The state court of criminal appeals sets the next execution date.  Death row inmate Kevin Underwood is set to die by lethal injection on December 19th for the murder of 10-year-old Jamie Rose Bolin back in December 2006 in his Purcell apartment.  AG Gentner Drummond calls it one of the most depraved murders the state has ever seen.
