An Oklahoma teen is now in the running for 15-thousand-dollar scholarship for a duct tape dress she created. The national competition is held each year for high school students to create a prom attire outfit out of duct tape. Brittany Blackwell says she started the dress in March and used over 49 rolls of duct tape and the construction of the dress took about 500 hours. Anyone can vote on the contest. Voting ends on July 8. To vote go to duck brand dot com slash stuck at prom.
