Drummond Wants St. Isadore charter Denied

The U.S. Supreme Court is being asked to deny hearing a case that went against creation of the nation’s first tax supported religious charter school. Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond cited numerous reasons why the court should decline hearing the case, chief among them, the state Supreme Court’s decision was correct under the state’s constitution.
