More separation on a major issue between Oklahoma Indian tribes and state government.  Native nations opposed efforts to replace 3 state supreme court justices, a dark money group and Governor Stitt supported it. In the end over 3-point-5-million dollars was spent on either putting politics in or keeping it out of the judicial system. Only Long-time Justice Yvonne Kauger will be removed from the court.
