Devin Fletcher Will Spend 30 months Behind Bars

The new year will mean the beginning of 30 months behind bars for a former executive of Tulsa Public Schools. 40-year-old Devin Fletcher admitted to wire fraud in an embezzlement case that brought down the district’s superintendent and forced the district into the spotlight for wrongdoing. Fletcher will also have to repay most of the 600-thousand dollars he siphoned off the district and its foundation.
