Oklahoma Congressman Tom Cole says House Republicans are resolute in their demand that any funding for Ukraine, Israel, and border security must first include major policy changes involving the southern border. Cole says it’s time for the two sides to find common ground.

Cole says he is also confident a bipartisan deal can be made to fund the Government, but disagreement remains on the top-line budget figure.
