An Oklahoma congressman says the U.S. Supreme Court ruling against the Environmental Protection Agency ends a legal and political battle over private property rights dating back to the Obama Administration. Republican Congressman Frank Lucas explains what this ruling means.

“…they can’t go after the mudhole in your backyard,” Lucas said. “The Federal Government only has responsibility for waters that are navigable and that are attached to waters that are navigable.”

Lucas said he does not expect the EPA to challenge the court’s ruling going forward.
