County Commissioners Vote for Suspension With Pay
County commissioners in Coal County have voted to suspend both the sheriff and undersheriff following recent criminal charges.

Assault and battery
Domestic assault and battery
Undersheriff Jesse Yother is charged with:
Felony witness intimidation
Misdemeanor obstruction of an officer
