City of Sand Springs Eases up on Fireworks Laws

Sand Springs residents will no longer be required to have a permit to shoot off fireworks within city limits on July 4th. A few rules remain in place. They may only be discharged on July 3 from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. and July 4 from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. An adult must oversee all fireworks used.
