child neglect charges for two daycare workers

In Kiowa County two daycare employees are facing child neglect charges following an investigation that was launched in April. 40-year-old Crystal Edmundson and 43-year-old Pamela Siesser were booked into the Kiowa County jail. The two were seen on video at a Hobart head start dragging one five-year-old girl across the classroom and dumping two children off their cots while they were sleeping.
