Cherokee Nation is offering back-to-school funds

The Cherokee Nation is providing a free one-time payment of 150 dollars through its annual Children’s Clothing Assistance Program to income-eligible Cherokee children. There are no residency restrictions for eligibility, but applicants must be under 18 years of age and a registered tribal member. Eligible members are encouraged to apply online, and applications must be received by 5pm July 22nd.
