Charter School case Is Growing In controversy

The pending U.S. Supreme Court hearings into the St. Isadore Charter School case just go even more controversial.  Justice Amy Coney Barrett has rescued herself from the case, raising the possibility of a 4-4 split in the case.  Barrett did not explain her decision but it’s believed to stem from a long friendship with a woman who is backing the Oklahoma catholic churches attempt to end separation of church and state.
