charlie hangar - a true oklahoma hero

Two state lawmakers are honoring former state trooper Charlie Hangar with a replica of a sign designating I-35 mile marker 202 in Noble County in his honor.  This designation marks the location where Hanger apprehended Timothy McVeigh, Oklahoma's most notorious terrorist. Representatives Ty Burns of Pawnee and John Pfeiffer of Orlando say that Hangar will go down in Oklahoma history as a hero.
