The OSBI is conducting a bribery investigation of the former vice chairman of the state pardon and parole board who resigned last Friday. Calvin Prince the III resigned just hours after the OSBI seized his cellphone, and a laptop computer from his home in Stonewall. The Oklahoman reports Prince hinted he could help with a pardon for a sexual favor. Prince was also counseling the woman at the time. Governor Stitt appointed Prince to the board in January 2023.
