State Attorney General Gentner Drummond will oppose a proposed state question seeking to increase the minimum wage.
The state chamber and the Oklahoma Farm Bureau seek to have the petition disqualified by the state Supreme Court. An Attorney General spokesman says a brief will be filed on why state question 832 is unconstitutional. Supporters of the petition will have to gather more than 92,000 signatures.
