Authorities say Austin Haley, a 30-year-old tattoo artist, is facing multiple criminal complaints involving at least six women.
Allegations Span More Than a Year
Investigators say the incidents tied to the Bixby tattoo artist investigation occurred between fall 2024 and December 2025, during tattoo sessions conducted at either Haley’s home or his tattoo studio.
