bingman receives donations from utility executives

Only one candidate for Corporation Commission has received campaign donations from Oklahoma Gas and electric.  Brian Bingman has received money from 15 of the public utilities executives and the employee Policial Action Committee.  The cash came to 43-thosuand dollars.
