Barbie Welcomes Okla Native Maria Tallchief

There’s a new Barbie doll and it’s all about Native Oklahoma.  As part of the Native American heritage Month and the Matel series of Barbies Inspiring women, the new doll is Maria Tallchief.  The Osage Dancer was known as America’s first Prima Ballerina and was part of the Five Moons who became an international sensation. A major celebration is planned for Monday in Pawhuska.
