Oklahoma County and Oklahoma City remain at odds over a new jail and behavioral health facility. That means millions of dollars in ARPA funding possibly going to other projects. If the city doesn't approve construction permits by January 1, the 40-million-dollars won't be spent on a behavioral health facility.
