The discovery of 36 puppies and dogs inside the back of a sweltering U-Haul truck leaves two individuals facing multiple charges. The temperature inside the cargo area was over 100 degrees, and the dogs were in cages stacked on top of each other, showing signs of heat stroke.
All of the animals were rescued, as some of the cages were packed so full that the dogs were unable to move.
