A Warm And Dry Winter Is Expected

It doesn’t look a very snowy and cold winter ahead for Oklahoma.  The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration agrees with the Old Farmer’s almanac this winter for Oklahoma will be warmer and dryer than usual.
