A Tulsa County judge will allow the lawsuit

A libel lawsuit against state schools superintendent Ryan Walters filed by Bixby Superintendent Rob Miller will continue. Attorneys for Miller say Walters knew he wasn’t telling the truth when he called Miller “a clown and a liar”. Walters said Miller’s district was being investigated for financial improprieties. Two days before making those comments, Walters signed a document reaffirming the good standing and granting full accreditation to every school in the Bixby district.
