A State Grand Jury Investigating Ryan Walters

A federal audit found over 1-point 7 million dollars in pandemic education funding was misspent by the nonprofit run by now State Superintendent Ryan Walters.  The Oklahoman reports, the Multi-County Grand Jury is now hearing testimony involving Walters actions in the matter. The state has blamed the company it hired to handle the funds.
