A Judge Will Decide If Richard Glossip is released

Claiming he had a deal with attorney General Gentner Drummond, attorneys for former death row inmate Richard Glossip have filed a motion claiming should be released from prison.  The Motion claims the pair made a deal in 2023 that Glossip would plead guilty to murder charges, get a 45-year sentence with credit for time served and good behavior credits and be released from prison.  Part of the deal involved Glossip reportedly agreeing not to sue the state for prosecutorial misconduct that sent him to prison in the first place.  A ruling is expected in a couple of weeks.
