A man in Garvin County has been charged with conspiracy and trying to incite a riot at the county jail. Court documents state Ronnie Thompson, 25, urged other inmates to attack detention officers and conspired with inmate Jacob Collins to beat another man in the jail. Thompson was charged with assault and battery for his role in the beating of another man in the jail.
