A Commitee Advances a sit-com tax rebate

A house subcommittee advances a bill to create an incentive program to bring sitcoms to Oklahoma.  State Representative Mike Osborn says the program would offer a 30 percent tax rebate on production costs. The bill advances to an appropriation and budget committee for consideration.
