A clemency hearing is now set for tomorrow at 9 AM after the U.S. 10th Circuit Court of Criminal Appeals lifted a temporary stay. Convicted child killer Kevin Underwood’s clemency hearing will now move forward with just three board members instead of the customary 5. Underwood’s execution is scheduled for December 19th. He’s been on death row for 16 years.
