A Bill advances to eliminate virtual school days

The state senate education commission advances a bill which would eliminate virtual school days unless there were emergencies involved. SB758 proposes students undergo in-person instruction with the ability to exercise virtual emergency days.  Emergency days include bad weather, teacher or staff shortages due to illness or building maintenance issues.
