3-year-old boy is in human services custody

A 3-year-old Tulsa boy is now in DHS custody after being sold by his mother for 50-dollars, taken by that woman to a party where he ended up being given to an as yet unidentified man.  He was final spotted days later with homeless people in downtown Tulsa.  The mother Lakeitha Timmons and his father Darnell Smith have been located and no charges have been filed.
