UFC Fight Night Oklahoma City generated more than $3 million in ticket sales, becoming the highest-grossing non-Thunder event in Paycom Center history.

Boulevard Place, an $80 million downtown Oklahoma City housing project, will add 262 apartments including workforce housing units by 2028.
