Without Clemency, Phillip Hancock will be Killed This Week

The Oklahoma Pardon and Parole Board recommended clemency three weeks ago on a 3-2 vote. Several state legislators joined Hancock’s lawyers at the hearing requesting the recommendation. Hancock was found guilty of killing Robert Jett and James Lynch in 2001.
