tulsa race massacre lawsuit is dismissed

The Oklahoma Supreme Court dismisses a lawsuit brought against the City of Tulsa by survivors of the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre.  The suit was filed in 2020 on behalf of three survivors, Lessie Randle, Viola Fletcher and Hughes Van Ellis.
