The Supreme Court rejects Oklahoma's appeal

A legal battle over 4-point 5 million dollars in federal family planning money, ends in defeat for the state.  The U.S. Supreme Court ruled against the state which lost the Title 10-funding for refusing to provide a phone number to get information on abortion.  NO word yet on what the legal wrangling cost taxpayers.
