The Oklahoma Legislature returns for a special session Monday, but don’t expect the tax-cutting measure wanted by the governor to be passed.

Senate Pro Tem Greg Treat believes the appropriate time to talk about tax cuts is during the regular session that starts on February 5th. Governor Stitt says 65 percent of Oklahomans want this.
