Survey Says Low Compliance from Oklahoma Businesses When Checking IDs for Alcohol Purchasing

Not enough businesses that sell alcohol are checking IDs, according to a new ABLE Commission survey following a three-month-long statewide sting.
Bars and restaurants were the least compliant, with 59 percent of the time asking for ID’s. Grocery and convenience stores scored much better, with an 83 percent compliance rate.
