State Treasurer Todd Russ tells lawmakers about Oklahoma’s robust financial picture

Todd Russ appeared before appropriations committee members on Tuesday and said March was the best month in state history for revenue.

“March was the highest Treasury receipts in the history of the state at 17.64 billion dollars,” Russ said.

There has been a drop since then, but this fiscal year is still significantly ahead of last year.
