The State Tourism Department got about 10 percent of the funds they requested from the legislature to make repairs and improvements at state parks.  That means their plans had to be dramatically scaled back.  Work is planned on several sewer systems and instead of fixing up all 54 cabins at lake Murray, 10 will be renovated
