Oklahoma U.S. Senator James Lankford is in the middle of another bi-partisan effort to help FEMA do a better job of helping people caught in a disaster. The bill would basically free up the federal agency to spend money to the level required and where it’s needed most. There were 28 natural and climate disasters last year, that set another new record.
