With new interest from Oklahoma utility companies, a Senate passed bill has sailed through a House Committee on a unanimous vote. Senate Bill 1538 adds nuclear power to the Low Carbon Energy Initiative Act. House Minority leader Cyndi Munson had a question for House sponsor Representative Brad Boles.

Boles confirms utility companies are taking a new look at nuclear power since federal funds are available along with new technology.
