Ryan Walters is suing the federal government

Claiming illegal immigration costs the state over 474 million dollars to educate their children, state School Superintendent Ryan Walters is suing the federal government.  The suit names the Secretary of Homeland Security and the Immigration Service.  The figure of 474 million dollars is the same one Walters quoted months ago and came from an anti-immigrate group with alleged ties to white supremacists.
