Ryan Walters is not receiving a passing grade

Readers of the Oklahoman newspaper were asked to give a letter grade for the performance of state School Superintendent Ryan Walters halfway through his term in office. The result was an overwhelming grade of “F”. 95-percent of the more than 4-thousand respondents gave Walters a failing grade and in comments urged him to drop the cultural rhetoric in favor of helping public schools better educate all children.
