Rain Helps Dampen Multiple Wildfires

Welcome rain Wednesday helped put a stop to some of the wildfires burning across the state. But crews are keeping a close eye on a fire in Payne County which has burned more than one-thousand acres. Crews are still watching hotspots on several other fires including the Rush fire in Comanche County near the Wichita Mountains. Officials say several homes and other buildings have been destroyed as a result of the wildfires across the state over the last week.
