Purcell Daycare Under Investigation

The state of Oklahoma is investigating a daycare in Purcell based on a recording. After parents replaced a hidden recorder in their two-year-old’s diaper bag, the parents said the staff at Bright Beginnings Daycare were verbally abusing the children.
