Proposed bans on smoking or vaping in a Car

Proposed legislation bans people from smoking or vaping in a car with children inside.  State Senator Brenda Stanley is sponsoring Senate Bill 23. The bill would fine adults between 50 and 100 dollars if they are caught smoking cigarettes or using vaping products in a car when a minor is present.
