Panhandle flooding closing several highways

Flooding in the Oklahoma panhandle is impacting several highways.  ODOT’s Bryce Boyer tells our reporters that U.S 54 near Guymon and State Highway 94 near Hooker are closed due to high water. Estimates are that more than seven inches of rain has fallen in the area over the past two days.
