If the governor was expecting a slam dunk on his appointment of Mike Holder to serve on the OSU Board of Regents, that’s not what is going to happen. Senators went into session for under 10 minutes just to comply with the Governor’s call for the Special session to begin. Senate President pro Tem Greg Treat tells us there are clear requirements under state law on who can serve on that board. The process is most likely to last into at least next week.
