oklahoma's friendliness is among the best

It's always been the people of Oklahoma that make the state great, and U.S. News and World Report is confirming that.  In their 2024 list of the top 150 best places to live, Oklahoma City came in 16th, Tulsa was 76th.  But for both, the publication lists the welcoming and friendly people as the communities' top assets.
